The Olympic Sports Federations of Oceania (OSFO) Constitution was drafted and presented at the 2005 OSFO General Assembly in Brisbane, the inaugural Assembly of OSFO.
In 2010 a review of the Constitution was conducted by the OSFO Executive, and proposed changes were presented to the 7th OSFO assembly in New Caledonia, in March 2011. OSFO is seeking to become an incorporated body and the constitution reflects this.
