Teresa Henderson from the AVF today presented OSFO with some volleyballs that will be delivered to Fiji’s successful women’s program. The Fiji women made it through three rounds of the last World Cup and are currently training to not only repeat the performance but improve on it. ONOC’s Brian Minikin, currently in Australia, said, “our girls are working hard but equipment is one thing that we find hard to provide on our limited budget.
The AVF have a long history of support for volleyball in the pacific and OSFO hopes to see that grow in the future.
