Oceania Athletics Association, in partnership with Athletics Nauru, facilitated the World Athletics Referee Education and Certification System (WARECS) – Apprentice Level, aimed at developing and certifying referees to uphold the highest standards in athletics officiating.
Additionally, the Gender Leadership Seminar was conducted, incorporating wellbeing principles to cultivate a more inclusive and supportive environment, empowering individuals to reach their full potential in leadership roles while prioritising their personal wellbeing.
